抗原介紹
L1細胞粘附分子(L1 cell adhesion molecular, L1CAM)簡稱L1，是一類神經細胞粘附分子，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族中的一員。L1是Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白，分子質量約220kDa，該蛋白質胞外區含有6個免疫球蛋白樣結構域和5個纖維連接蛋白3型結構域，可能和多種配體結合而將外界信號通過跨膜區傳導到胞內區而激活下游的信號轉導路徑。主要在神經細胞表達并在神經元的遷移、軸突生長、成束和延長等神經系統發育中起重要作用。
