目前國內高校和科研院所等單位的Octet互作儀已有不下幾百臺。那這些單位的使用情況如何？是否產生了很多科研成果呢？廢話少說，數據說話！

陳老濕發現截至2021年第一季度，國內單位發表的文章就有100多篇引用了Octet數據的（約占全球Octet文章總數20%）。去除掉一些預印版文章、綜述以及未能下載的文章，陳老濕嘔心瀝血的統計了其中80多篇文章的單位以及應用（所有文章在文末列出）。

第一季度文章發表單位共有60多個，基本都是Octet現有客戶。涉及藥物研發、植物、腫瘤機理等各個方向。其中中國藥科大學、鄭州大學、上海生物化學與細胞研究所在2021年第一季度發表了至少3篇文章，還有其他11個單位發表了至少2篇文章。考慮到還有其他文章也是在上海生物化學與細胞研究所中完成的（比如上海巴斯德所），所以是當之無愧的最多產Octet客戶。

可見，文章的主要應用在于小分子、蛋白（含抗體）等物質的互作，占了近7成。特別是小分子化合物的相關文章達到了3成，足可以說明Octet在檢測小分子化合物上的表現有了長足進步。
另外，檢測物質還有細菌、多糖、脂質體和納米顆粒，再次證明Octet在可檢測樣品種類范圍方面處于同類儀器領先地位。
 
  1  良好的技術支持
比如西湖大學（Octet RED96e）、寧波大學(Octet K2)和華西醫院(Octet K2)都是2020年年中完成裝機培訓的儀器，使用僅半年就發表了至少2篇文章。這個成就離不開強大的Octet技術支持團隊的貢獻。比如華西醫院，盡管地處成都，Octet的應用科學家在半年里就去了不下5次。此外西湖大學的設備基礎培訓，由于參與學員眾多，只能分成4組輪番上陣。雖然我們的培訓老師講的口干舌燥，但的確獲得了很好的效果，因此在裝機培訓后的短短2個月內又舉辦了一次針對性的高級培訓。
 
據統計，僅2020年下半年，各種基礎培訓班、再培訓、在線培訓的次數達到三十幾場，培養了一批技術精湛的Octet使用者。（本周第三條推送有Octet培訓報名，大家走過路過不要錯過！）
2  儀器操作簡單易學，無需繁瑣日常維護
Octet系統擯棄了繁瑣的微流路設計，使用獨有的生物傳感器浸入即讀檢測方式，待測樣品亦無需特殊預處理。即使在使用中發生操作失誤，也不會導致儀器的損傷，只需重新啟動一下就可以繼續放心使用！儀器使用后無需繁瑣的維護工作，只要定期用酒精清潔一下探頭即可。

3  可檢測樣本種類范圍廣泛，定量化的分子互作表征技術
上文的應用分布充分展示了可用于Octet檢測的樣品種類之寬泛，尤其可以滿足某些交叉學科的要求。由于ELISA和Pulldown等傳統方法一般都有洗滌步驟，導致一些解離快結合弱的互作無法檢測；而且操作較為繁瑣，測試一對樣品的結合反應往往要花費1-2天時間，重復性也往往不甚理想。當實驗有效性存在問題時，也難于發現原因所在。Octet系統不僅可以彌補這些缺點，還可以增加互作檢測效率與可信度，滿足用戶高通量檢測的需求，在短時間內同時平行檢測多對樣品的相互作用分析。
